Declaration to Exclude Organized Crime Groups and Other Anti-Social Forces

We will strive to educate our employees and others about the "Three No's to Eliminate Organized Crime" movement ("Do not use organized crime," "Do not fear organized crime," and "Do not give money to organized crime").

We will take a firm stance against organized crime and other antisocial forces as an entire organization and sever all ties with them.

We will work in cooperation with external expert organizations such as the police, the Center for the Promotion of the Elimination of Violence, and lawyers to eliminate anti-social forces.

We will not provide goods or services or conduct any other transactions with organized crime groups or other anti-social forces.

In response to unreasonable demands from organized crime groups and other anti-social forces, we will cooperate with the local police station, prioritize the safety of our employees, and respond as an organization to resolve the issue promptly.

We resolutely reject any unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces, and we will take legal action against such demands from both civil and criminal perspectives.

Even if unreasonable demands from organized crime groups or other anti-social forces are based on business misconduct or employee misconduct, we will not engage in any under-the-table dealings to conceal the facts.
